MANILA, Philippines — When he dies and goes to hell, President Rodrigo Duterte will slap Devil, lower off his tail, and switch it right into a stew.
That’s a joke Duterte himself made on Tuesday on the marketing campaign rally of his occasion, the PDP-Laban, in Cainta, Rizal.
