MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Wednesday mentioned it hopes to see extra faculties maintain face-to-face lessons as Metro Manila and a few provinces have shifted to Alert Level 2.
From February 1 to fifteen, Metro Manila, Batanes, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Biliran, Southern Leyte, and Basilan can be underneath Alert Stage 2, the second most lenient standing of the five-tier alert stage system.
